A great accompaniment
Ripe tomato 5nos
Tomato paste 3tbsp
Salt and pepper
1. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water and take of the skin. Blend the tomatoes.
2. Heat the pan add butter and the vegetables and sauté well. Add the tomato paste and flour and cooking it through.
3. Add the tomato puree. Season with salt, pepper and dried herbs.
Reduce the heat & cook for few minutes.
Strain the sauce in the end
