Step 1

Place the noodles in bowl. Cover with boiling water for 5 minutes until tender. Refresh under cold water. Drain well.

Combine lime juice, brown sugar and fish sauce in a bowl.

Add the seafood into a bowl and season with the lime- brown sugar mixture.

Heat a pan drizzle some Sesame oil. Add the marinated seafood. Pan Fry until it’s well-cooked.

Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, red chili and onion cut into small cubes. Season it with salt pepper and lime juice. Add Coriander leaves and mix it well

Step 6

Place the cooked rice noodle in a bowl.

Arrange the cooked seafood and the cucumber salad on top on the rice noodles

100g Prawns
100g Cuttlefish
1/4 cups Lime Juice
1 1/2tbs Brown sugar
1 1/2tbs Fish Sauce
1tsp Sesame oil
50g Tomato
100g Green cucumber
50g Onion
5g Red Chilli
5g Coriander leaves
to taste Salt and Pepper
