• Cut the fish into small cubes (boneless)
• Add fish cubes and egg to food processor and blend to a smooth paste

Step 2

• Chop rest of the ingredients and mix with the fish paste

Step 3

• Add the sesame oil, fish sauce, lemon juice and lemon zest an mix it well
• Portion & flat into a patty. Use a nonstick pan & cook until done

Step 4

• Serve it warm
