Sri Lankan style Deviled Eggs

Quick and easy dish on a busy day

Ingredients

Eggs 2 nos
Onion 100g
Capsicum 1 no
Tomato 1 no
Green chilies 10g
Garlic paste 5g
Ginger paste 5g
Chilli flakes 1tbsp
Chilli powder 1tsp
Tomato sauce 250ml
Soy sauce 3tbsp
Water 100ml
Sugar 1tsp
Oil
Corn flour

Method

1. Boil the eggs; take of the shell and deep fry the whole egg until it golden.
Cut all the vegetables

2. Heat a pan; add oil and add the garlic- ginger paste.
Add the chilli powder and flakes, tomato sauce and soy sauce & water. Mix well.

3. Add all the cut vegetable except tomatoes.

4. To make the sauce thick add corn flour.
In the end add the fried egg & tomato, toss well.

5. Serve warm.
