-Marinate the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

-Heat a pan; add butter and fry the chicken until well colored. Keep a side

-Add the tomato ketchup and chicken stock into the pan and season it with salt, sugar and chili flakes.
-Place the grilled chicken into the sauce and cook well.
