Step 1

• Wash & cut the potatoes into wedges with the skin on.
• Boil the potatoes until its half cooked and drained the water and pat dry the potato

• In a bowl mix Flour, chilli powder, dried herbs, salt and pepper.

• Coat the potato wedges with season mixture & chill for 30 minutes

Step 4

• For the dip add mayonnaise and chopped garlic and mix it well

Step 5
Mark as Complete

• Fry the coated potato wedges in a medium hot oil until its crisp.

Step 6
Mark as Complete

• Serve it warm with the garlic mayonnaise on the side
