Heat a pan & add in the butter Cumin seeds, Cinnamon, Chopped onion and sauté until it turns golden brown.

Step 2

Add in the ginger-garlic paste, slice green chili, Coriander powder, chili powder salt, sugar, tomato, water and mix it together.

Squash the tomato well.

Add in the Paneer, garam masala and stir it well

Garnish with fresh cream & coriander leaves

500g Paneer Cut in to cubes
100g Onion Chopped
20g Garlic Chopped
2 no Chili Sliced
1tsp Ginger- garlic paste
300g Tomato Chopped
a pinch Cumin
1/2 stick Cinnamon
1/2tsp Coriander powder
1tsp chili powder
1/2tsp Garam Masala
10g Fresh Coriander
1tsp Fresh cream
to taste Salt
a pinch Sugar
