Soak the sago for about 30 minutes.

Add extra water & boil until the sago is soft

Blend the pandan leaves with 400 ml of water; strain

Blend the pandan leaves with 400 ml of water; strain

Once the sago is soft & all the water has been reduced add the pandan water. Cook for about a minute.

Add coconut milk & sugar. Cook for a further 30 seconds.

Step 7
Mark as Complete

Take off the heat & pour into a fresh vessel.
