-Pour the milk into bowl & add the yeast, salt, sugar, butter, egg & mix well.
-Add in the flour to the liquid mixture to foam a dough.

Step 2

-Knead well. Keep in a warm place for about 45 minutes to rise.
-Roll out the dough to 1 cm thick sheet
-Use two different size to circles to cut the dough. Place on a tray & leave for further 15 minutes.
-Gently drop into a medium hot oil & fry until golden brown.

Step 3
Mark as Complete

-Coat the fried doughnut in melted chocolate. Garnish as preferred.
