Red onion 250g
Capsicum 2 no
Green chilli 2 no
Dates (de seeded) 500g
Vinegar 1/2 cup
Grounded mustard seed 03tbsp
Chilli powder 3tsp
Salt 1 tbsp
1. Cut the carrot. Capsicum and chilies.
2. Blend the dates, chilli powder, vinegar and grounded mustard together.
3. Add the paste to the cut vegetables, add sugar and salt and mix it well.
4. Store it in a clean dry jar.
Leave at least 3 days for the vegetable marinate.
