3 cups Corn flakes cereal
8 tablespoons Cold Butter
2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
4 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
optional toppings-chocolate sauce
Melt butter over medium heat
Stir in crushed cornflakes and cinnamon whilst increasing the heat slightly
Cook mixture, stirring constantly until golden brown and fragrant (colour will deepen and begin to smell lightly toasty and cornflakes should be crisp). Do this for about 2 minutes
Remove from heat, pour the mixture in a shallow dish and allow it to cool.
Remove the ice cream from the freezer, scoop out the ice cream and shape into a ball with clean hands.
Immediately drop the shaped ice cream balls into the corn flake mixture and roll to evenly coat.
Let it set in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes, then serve with the desired toppings.
