Garlic sautéed Greens
A quick & easy last-minute side dish to suit any meal.
100g Green beans
100g Pak Choy
4 tbs GarlicSliced
3 tbs Oyster sauce
Salt and Pepper
-Blanch & shock cool Green beans, broccoli & Pak choy. Leave aside
-Heat a wok & add oil, sliced garlic and celery sauté well.
-Add all the blanched green vegetables
-Season with salt and pepper, Oyster sauce.
-Serve with steamed Rice
