Crunchy Coconut Aggala
Simple yet flavorsome
1 cup Roasted rice flour
1/2 cup Treacle or honey
1/4 cup Grated coconut
1/2 tsp Pepperoptional
to taste Salt
- Mix roasted rice flour, grated coconut, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Lightly heat the treacle in a pan and stir into the rice flour mix.
- When thickens, remove from the heat. If the mix is too dry, add few drops of hot water.
- Make balls out of the mix and let it cool, before serving.
