For the crumble

-Mix butter, flour and sugar into a bowl and beat softly until all the ingredients mix well and crumble. -Place the crumble in the refrigerator.

-Mix all the ingredients for the cake batter and pour into a cake tray.

-Garnish the cake with sliced peach & cover with the crumble.

Step 4
Mark as Complete

-Bake this in 180c for 45 minutes
-Cool on a wire rack.
