Cut the chicken into thin slices & season with vinegar & salt.

Add AP flour, egg white, corn flour and mix well.

Deep fry the chicken slices & keep aside.

Heat a pan & add oil, Chopped garlic, onion, bell pepper. Sauté for few minutes.

Add in the sugar, chilli sauce, Ketchup and soy sauce and mix well

Add corn flour to make the sauce thicker if needed.

Step 7

Add the fried crispy chicken and toss well.

Serve warm.

1/2tsp Sugar
1tbsp Vinegar
2tbsp Chili sauce
1tbsp Corn flour
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1 no Egg white
to taste Salt and Pepper
