Generously butter six 150ml ramekins. Sprinkle each with sugar: dust off excess.

Melt Butter & chocolate over a very low heat. Cool to room temperature. Mix in egg yolk, orange juice & orange zest.

Step 3

Whisk the egg white with cream of tartar until soft peaks are foamed.

Step 4
Mark as Complete

Mix beaten egg whites with chocolate mixture

Step 5
Mark as Complete

Pour into ramekins. Bake for 10 minutes at 220'c
