Ingredients

Chicken breast 250g
Bell pepper 1 no
Onion 1 no
Garlic – ginger paste 1tsp
Curd 3tbsp
Ground mustard 2tbsp
Turmeric power 1tsp
Salt and Pepper to taste
Kebab skewers

Method

1. Cut the chicken, bell pepper and. Onion into cubes.

2. Add curd, ground mustard, ginger – garlic paste, salt and pepper, mix well.

3. Rub the curd marination to chicken and place refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.

4. Piece the seasoned chicken through the kebab skewers among with the onion and bell pepper.

5. Grill until done.
