-Peel & cut the potato into escallops.

-Season with salt and pepper
-Heat a pan & add butter, flour to make a roux.

-Add milk, cheese and stir well until the sauce gets thicker

-Into an oven proof bowl arrange a layer seasoned potato.

-Pour the white sauce on the potatoes
-Repeat the process until the bowl is filled up to the brim
-Sprinkle shredded cheese on top

Step 6

-Bake in 180'c heat for 25 minutes

-Serve it warm.
